Why these PDF tools don’t upload your files
Most online PDF tools send your document to their servers, process it there, and send it back. That works, but it means a copy of your contract, bank statement or ID card sits on someone else’s computer for a while.
PDFbis does the work inside your browser instead, using the same PDF engines that power desktop apps. The page downloads the tool once; your file never leaves your phone or computer. It is also why there is no fixed file size cap: the limit is your device’s memory, so very large files are best done on a computer.
